As you told us on friday they may have strict rules to prevent a problem from happening. Maybe it could have been a crisis, or a rebellion about something. Since we are not too deep in the book we can a lot of predictions about the problem that happened, but i think as we get more deeper in the book we can eliminate some of the predictions we made. Don't you think ?
Yes I understand about the music, it may give people a small scare :)

OK, strict rules. Why might they need strict rules? What may have happened to make them want or need strict rules.
